Volunteering – Community Support

Participating in a volunteering project in Canada is a wonderful way to practice English while living a rewarding and unforgettable experience.

Volunteering in Canada gives you a unique opportunity to practice English in an intensive, challenging and rewarding environment.

To participate in the Community Support program you should be outgoing, friendly, caring, and flexible. Most of the volunteers are placed within food banks, thrift stores or re-stores. The volunteers are usually involved in the following activities: collecting and distributing food, organizing recreational activities, visiting elderly people, administrative help, etc.

Canada immigration requires a medical examination by an approved doctor for volunteers seeking placement with senior people.
